These are some pictures of Joshua James Abbott, who was born on March 12, 1998 in El Paso, TX. He is the light of our lives. We hope that these pictures can show you how happy Melody and I are now that we are a family.

This is a picture of Joshua caught red handed at the strawberry fields we visited. We picked 4 gallons of strawberries, ate half that many while picking, made strawberry jam, made strawberry syrup, and ate many strawberries at home. The same place lets you pick blueberries too. We'll be back....

It took a lot of training before we could get Joshua to wear a hat. But this picture (taken on the swing in front of our house) shows that it was worth the effort.

This is a picture of bath time with the baby. Bath time takes a small army (well, at least two of us) in order to clean him. Look at that smile!

This is the proud father holding his little man. I am so happy that he is here. I'll admit that it is a lot of work keeping up with him but I wouldn't want it any other way.
